• CHOOSE APPROPRIATE WIDTH: These bands are suitable for any traditional or smart watch that uses 18mm spring bars. Measure the lug where the band and spring bar connect to the watch casing. Make sure the band you choose matches your watch's lug width exactly, to ensure the spring bars fit correctly. You can also search online for most watch specifications.
• TWO LENGTH OPTIONS: Each band includes two different lengths for the 'long side' of the strap (the side with holes), ensuring a perfect fit for a wide range of wrist sizes. Fits wrists measuring 5" to 8" in circumference, although watch shape may also affect the fit.
